From July 2008 through February 2009, Mr. Borges was the CFO of Grupo Wtorre Holding, responsible for raising funds and new business developments, financial structuring and tax planning, corporate law and supplies.
From 1998 through 2008, Mr. Borges worked in Banco Santander where he was responsible for structuring the Equity Investments Department, was Director of the Risk Department of Global Banking & Markets, Director of Investment Banking responsible for origination and M&A deal structuring, Equity, Project Finance and Debt Capital Markets;
He joined Banco Santander as Credit Manager covering Infrastructure and worked additionally as Corporate Banking Director responsible for foreign clients and Head of Telecom for Corporate Banking;
Mr. Borges worked as Credit Analyst at Unibanco from 1997 to 1998 and at BCN – Banco de Credito Nacional from 1994 to 1997;
B.A. in Economics from FAAP and MBA from the University of São Paulo.
