From 2006 through July 2007, Mr. Fajnzylber was Managing Director of Banco Santander and was responsible for Lending, Cash Management, Trade Services, Trade Finance and Global Securities divisions;
From 2005 through 2006, Mr. Fajnzylber was responsible for the Back Office and Controllership of the Wholesale Bank of Banco Santander;
Also in Banco Santander, he was Retail and Pension Plan Product Head from 2004 through 2005 and Director of the Pensions division from 2003 through 2004;
From 2001 through 2003, Mr. Fajnzylber was Corporate Banking Product Head of Banco Santander;
Before joining Banco Santander, Mr. Fajnzylber was an executive partner at Banco BBA Creditanstalt, and was responsible for the Structured Products Department from 1995 through 2001;
Mr. Fajnzylber also worked for Citibank, from 1988 through 1994, in Tokyo Leasing do Brasil, from 1987 through 1988 and for Cia. Itauleasing de Arrendamento Mercantil in 1986;
Mr. Fajnzylber holds an MBA from IBMEC and a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie (1981).
